My background
My name is Max West, I am an Action Sports Photographer and Cinematographer from Gilroy, California. I have spent my whole life around action sports such as Mountain Bikes, Motocross, Surfing, And Snowboarding. I love the sports and everything about them, I hope to spend my whole life contributing to these sports in any way possible. But specifically through Photography and Filming
My experience
Since I've spent my life around sports, I have been filming random little videos for my friends for ever. doing this helped me build an eye for finding the perfect angles. I started to Realize how much I loved filming and making Videos. this caused me to sign up for a digital video class during high school, I was taught to use real cameras instead of phones in this class. My mom gave me her old camera and I was Off, taking photos of everything I saw. Eventually getting hurt from a mountain bike crash, this caused me to spend all of my rehab time, exploring the Monterey bay and my home town taking as many photos as i can. while also going with my brother to are bike spot and taking photos of there riding. Now I love it and hope to persue it
